Hanua warehouse was a roof recovery project covering 416 squares of an existing metal roof system. 

The existing substrate was found to be in good condition and capable of installing a roof hugger system to avoid a tear-off of the existing roof system, but rather simply installing over it. 

This project resulted in savings for the owners with no tear off required, zero materials going to the landfill, and a renewed 20-year warranty on the newly installed roof system.
