Sam’s Club Keeaumoku was an extensive re-roofing project that included the complete tear off of the existing roof and installation of a brand new single- ply GAF 80mil TPO roof.

With over 1500 squares being removed and installed, an in- store spotter was hired to ensure the on-going work above was not impacting the live store operations below as the work progressed along.

Challenges from this project included access to the side eye-brow areas and details that were more than 30’ high in some locations with ongoing traffic around the whole perimeter of the building.
