Roofing is an art to be mastered. A skillset to be refined.

We take pride in developing our team to be well-versed in every area of roofing–from a tear-off to layup and installation to chasing water leaks and repairs. The tools, methods and time-tested tricks of the trade for excellence carry on from one generation to the next.

Why Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing?

Integrity, superior workmanship, adherence to safety protocols and an honest days work is what you can expect with us.

We operate in an established industry where roofs will continue to leak, require repairs and eventually be replaced. Commercial Roofing has an excellent reputation over its 30 years of existence and is honored to have seasoned veterans leading and training our crews. Teamwork is key!

We take pride in the work we do on a daily basis and expect the same of our employees. We know behind every man on the field is a family that is counting on them and we take it seriously to ensure our men return back safely. We have a competitive employee benefits package and every position extends opportunity for advancement.

Is the roofing industry for you?

If you enjoy working outdoors and getting skilled in your craft – this could be for you.  Roofing is a very physically involved industry – no doubt about it! But the opportunity to grow and advance is available. Working in the roofing industry requires exposure to all the elements especially in Hawaii where sun is abundant and passing showers are the norm.

Working at heights sometimes multiple stories high is your daily workspace and required a certain level of grit and commitment to excel. The conditions at times can be daunting – but the payoff and pride in knowing you had a hand in helping to put a roof overhead some of the iconic buildings in your city can’t be explained.
