Leilehua HS Building R was the main gym facility on campus.

This project included work on the main roof, eyebrow roofs and south room roof.

Damaged decking and fascia areas were removed and replaced, demo sections were filled in with insulation as needed.

Gutters were cleaned and repaired, and the mechanical vents were raised to meet new minimum code requirements.

An 80 mil GAF TPO with fleeceback membrane was installed providing a watertight roof system with a 20 year warranty.
