Villages at Waipio AOAO was a 21-building town home association + clubhouse.

This roofing project required the complete tear off of the existing wood shakes and roof accessories and new installation of Country Manor Aluminum Shakes in 2 different colors.

The entire project covered approximately 1,600 squares.

This project included special roof slope considerations with the steep 6:12 pitch the roof that made it difficult to do the demolition.

This project met the strict compliance the Hawaii energy code requirements with radiant barrier boards and ridge vents were installed.
