This project included the removal and replacement of the MECO Maalaea power plant warehouse roof, including gutters, down spouts, and flashings utilizing aluminum materials. The job scope also included the removal and installation of the East side wall exterior panels and flashings.

Commercial Roofing had to ensure that the roof would be completed in sections daily and that no warehouse materials would be exposed to the elements at the end of the day.

The high winds were a challenge on this project due to the location.
