Walmart Mililani included a complete tear-off and installation of a brand new single-ply 80 mil GAF TPO roof system.

One of the challenges of this particular project was ensuring the roof work happened as seamlessly as possible with live patrons and operations below at all times.

This project had limited early morning hours for loading and unloading the roof.

With the project happening during rainy season – ensuring a watertight facility at all times was crucial.
