St. Francis Wellness Center included the re-roofing of two different roofs including both the flats and steep slope metal mansard roofs along with various smaller roof areas.

The flat roof areas included a complete tear off of the existing roof down to the metal deck and installation of a brand new Firestone 60mil TPO single-ply roof system with insulation, tapered EPS, recovery board, wall counter flashings and new walk pads.

The metal mansard scope of work included cleaning, prepping and installing a Hydrostop Premium Coat System matched to the existing paint color.
