Kailua Shopping Center had been experiencing leaks through-out the past years. 

The existing roofing was a multi-ply modbit roof with a reinforced Acrylic and fabric system. 

Due to the heavy ponding in many areas of the roof it was determined that a Gaco silicone system would be the best solution for the roof and a Gaco acrylic for the walls. 

One section of the roof required the installation of a Firestone 60 mil TPO system with tapered insulation. 

A unique pull-planning system was incorporated for an hour-by-hour accountability to reduce a 7-day job down to 3 days.
