The Dole packaging plant located in Haleiwa is utilized for packaging pineapples and needed a roof/wall system that would maintain a cooler interior. 

The entire corrugated metal roof system and insulation was removed and a new Kirin insulated metal roofing system was installed. 

This project was unique in that the panels had the insulation built into the panel for faster on-site installation time compared to traditional multi-part systems. 

The insulated panels were used for both the roof and the walls providing superior thermal insulation capabilities.
