Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service in line with our core values
- Generate leads on a variety of current and future constructProactively meet with current and new/potential customers
- Prepare and submit bids, processing submittals, contracts and change orders
- Performing take-offs and interpreting plans
- Prepare bids and submitting proposals for projects
- Secure project bids and review contracts
- Project manage jobs awarded, job cost tracking
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols of the company and local agencies (OSHA, HIOSH)
- Communication with clients, GC’s, subs or owners as necessary to complete projects
- Lead and participate in a variety of sales events

Qualifications
- Must have 5 years Estimating experience in the construction industry
- Prior roofing estimating experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, interpret and quantify construction drawings and specifications
- Computer competent, including MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong skills in math, writing, communications & negotiations
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License
- Regular in-office attendance is required

- Efficiently load and unload roofing materials, ensuring they are safely transported and handled.
- Strictly adhere to all safety rules and protocols established by the company and local agencies, promptly reporting
- and rectifying any hazardous conditions.
- Install roofing materials in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform other related duties as required to support our roofing projects.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of roofing experience, showcasing your expertise in commercial roofing.
- Possession of a clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, ensuring safe handling of roofing materials.
- Commitment to regular attendance, reflecting your dedication to our projects.
- Willingness to work on other Hawaiian Islands as needed to fulfill project requirements.

- Expertly install, service, and perform mid to large-sized roof repairs at various commercial job sites.
- Skillfully load and unload roofing materials, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
- Act swiftly to make emergency repairs as needed, addressing critical issues promptly.
- Strictly adhere to all safety rules and protocols established by the company and local agencies, promptly reporting and rectifying hazardous conditions.
- Install roofing materials in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Fulfill other duties as required to support our roofing service and repair projects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of roofing experience, showcasing your expertise in commercial roofing and repair.
