This roof recovery project included the installation of a brand new GAF Hydrostop fluid-applied roof system over 5 different roof areas across multiple buildings and walkways.  Several locations had moisture intrusion that had to be removed and repaired.  A challenging aspect of this project was working around and waterproofing all the rooftop equipment and conduit that covered more than 50% of the roof in some locations.
