Makakilo Cliffs AOAO located along the hillside, consisted of twenty-two, two-story residential buildings and one office building. 

The scope of this re-roofing proejct included the complete tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles and installation of 1,621 squares of a brand new Malarkey Ecoasis asphalt shingle roof system in Tumbleweed. 

Low profile vents were installed, providing maximum airflow without detracting from the aesthetics of the roof design. 

This re-roofing project was compliant with the Hawaii Energy Code requirements with the installation of the solar reflective shingles and ridge vents.
